What "fiduciary" means for you.
When providing investment advisory services through Royal Fund Management, LLC, our investment adviser representatives are subject to a fiduciary duty under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, including duties of care and loyalty. This does not mean that all services, third-party tools, or outside professionals referenced on this website are provided by Royal Fund Management or are covered by an advisory agreement.
We are fee-only: compensation comes solely from stated advisory fees disclosed in Form ADV Part 2A and the client advisory agreement — no commissions, referral fees, insurance commissions, solicitor fees, or other third-party compensation. We view our role as a source of investment education and adviser oversight, working alongside your other professional advisers so your financial plan is coordinated rather than fragmented.
- Fee-only compensation, disclosed in writing — no commissions or third-party compensation
- Duty of loyalty and duty of care under the Investment Advisers Act when providing advisory services
- Ongoing adviser oversight and education, not one-time transactions
